Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to revise goals, objectives, and interventions as needed.
- Implement nursing plans of care for assigned patients, including conducting and leading group therapy sessions.
- Evaluate patient responses to interventions and revise care plans accordingly.
- Delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel, consistent with their level of education and expertise.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Connecticut.
- Certified BLS Provider credential from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross.
- Ability to manage out-of-control patients using established methods.
