We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our team at LaSante Health Center, a multispecialty health care practice providing family medicine, adult care, and pediatric treatment to the community.

About the Role

This is a part-time LPN position working weekends, supporting healthcare providers in addressing patient needs. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role as a member of the care team, delivering safe, high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Room patients and assist during procedures/exams
  • Administer medications and immunizations
  • Monitor and document patient observations
  • Assist with examinations, diagnostics, and treatment
  • Perform diagnostic procedures within scope
  • Accurately document medical records
  • Educate patients/families on importance of health
  • Disinfect and sterilize instruments
  • Follow infection control procedures
  • Maintain supply inventory
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years healthcare experience preferred
  • LPN license in NY
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with physicians, patients, and staff
  • Warm, welcoming attitude
Salary and Benefits

$60,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits package including 401(k), dental insurance, flexible schedule, health insurance, life insurance, and vision insurance.
