Main Responsibilities:
- Assessing residents' needs and developing individualized care plans
- Implementing interventions to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident information
Benefits Package:
- A salary of $28-$37.50 per hour, based on experience
- A one-time signing bonus of $5000 for eligible candidates
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage
Eligibility Criteria:
- Current LPN licensure in New York State
- 2 years' experience in long-term care or related field
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
