Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Allure Group in Brooklyn, NY. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

About The Job

The LPN will work closely with our nursing staff to provide direct patient care, including making rounds to observe residents, reviewing and integrating the Nursing Care Plan, and maintaining proper documentation of clinical records. Additionally, the LPN will participate in inter-departmental communication to ensure that nursing services are adequately maintained.

Responsibilities:

  • Making rounds to observe residents and nursing care
  • Reviewing and integrating the Nursing Care Plan to reflect physical, emotional, restorative, rehabilitative, teaching, and goals with medical care prescribed
  • Providing proper transcription and execution of physical orders
  • Utilizing staff capabilities to provide quality resident care
  • Ordering medication and supplies for the nursing unit and residents
  • Controlling counting and recording of medications
  • Maintaining proper and accurate documentation of clinical records
  • Cooperating and communicating with inter-departmental personnel to maintain adequate nursing services
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful as an LPN at The Allure Group, you will need:
