Key Responsibilities

  • Accountability & Integrity:

  • Family & Teamwork:
    • Create unity in the team by building cross-functional relationships, responding to team member questions, and resolving employee issues in a timely manner.
    • Provide a restaurant that is a safe place for team members to work and customers to visit, navigating challenging situations and providing appropriate guidance.
    • Motivate and support the team through active listening and effective communication, representing Border Foods in handling customer complaints and issues.
  • Excellence:
    • Develop short-term and long-term strategies for restaurant success, delivering profit by utilizing and interpreting the P&L to make financial adjustments.
    • Sourcing, hiring, and developing excellent team members, conducting new hire orientation, and creating training plans.
    • Minimize loss through strict observance of cash handling policies, proper training of team members, and complying with accounting and banking requirements.
  • Empowerment:
    • Provide learning and development opportunities for all team members, consistently demonstrating active and timely coaching capabilities.
    • Seek and share ideas to help others succeed, fostering a recognition culture that creates a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Demands
