Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support sales efforts by promoting products and services to customers, answering questions, and making recommendations.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and services, and communicating effectively with customers.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment, demonstrating a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in retail or customer-facing role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use technology for information and data entry.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods, as well as move quickly and safely throughout the store.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $17.55-$21.36 per hour, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
