Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Events Specialist to lead our product sampling initiatives. As the face of 3C LLC, you will engage with consumers, collect valuable data, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to distribute product samples at various events, trade shows, and festivals.
  • Coordinate logistics for sample distribution, including securing permits, arranging transportation, and setting up event booths.
  • Represent 3C LLC as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic product expert, educating consumers about our offerings.
  • Engage with event attendees to create memorable brand experiences, collect email addresses for marketing purposes, and verify consumer ages before distributing samples.
  • Gather consumer feedback, email addresses, and other relevant data at events. Compile reports to evaluate the success of each sampling initiative.
  • Ensure all activities comply with local regulations, particularly regarding age verification and product distribution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with event organizers, vendors, and other stakeholders to establish long-term sampling opportunities.
  • Lead and train a team of brand ambassadors, ensuring adherence to 3C LLC's standards of professionalism and product knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in event management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel and work evenings or weekends as needed.
