Principal Systems Engineer

Draper Labs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Space and Mission Critical Systems group, you will be responsible for performing key systems engineering tasks in a model-based environment (MBSE), using formal development and verification processes in support of Draper's National Security and Space (NS&S) business area.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop systems concepts, requirements, and architectures
Predict and analyze mission performance and reliability
Use Model Based Systems Engineering Tools
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, or related field
7-10+ years experience as systems engineer or related role
Strong oral and written communication skills
Practical experience with simulation-based performance analysis
Practical experience with the systems engineering process
