MDU Supervisor Position Overview

Role Summary:

The MDU Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing teams that handle operations across various locations. This position necessitates travel to different job sites, directing teams, and ensuring the effective execution of projects.

Primary Duties:

  • Oversee MDU teams on-site to guarantee successful project delivery.
  • Perform site evaluations to monitor progress and pinpoint challenges.
  • Implement Quality Control measures consistently.
  • Coordinate work schedules with property management and ensure ongoing communication.
  • Align tasks and timelines with MDU teams effectively.
  • Track productivity and report on team performance metrics.
  • Keep accurate records of materials and equipment usage.
  • Distribute materials and equipment to teams as required.
  • Manage inventory within the warehouse.
  • Conduct regular inspections of tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Offer guidance and support to MDU teams as needed.
  • Address and resolve issues at properties in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience is essential.
  • Experience in managing MDU projects is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with project management software.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Willingness to travel to various job sites as necessary.
