Store Operations Manager Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Store Operations Manager Trainee to join our team at AutoZone. As a Store Operations Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store, including retail/commercial management, supervision, and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Store Manager in maintaining an engaged and productive store team through strong leadership and initiative.
- Assist in the overall operation of the store, including financial management, employee staffing, training, and development, inventory management, and customer service leadership.
- Complete operations and management skills training, and learn about key aspects of the business and AutoZone culture.
- Meet performance expectations and demonstrate consistent progression through the training program to be considered for management openings.
- 1-2 years of previous experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
- Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including morning, night, and weekend shifts, and to work overtime as needed.
- Bilingual preferred, but not required.
- Previous automotive experience preferred, but not required.
- Previous experience analyzing company financials, including Profit and Loss Statement, preferred, but not required.
