Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the integration of the Nihon Kohden Clinical Partnership Program within healthcare facilities.
  • Demonstrate extensive clinical expertise in Nihon Kohden Patient Monitoring technology.
  • Guide clinical implementation teams in hospitals to achieve project milestones efficiently and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
  • Support clinical testing and evaluation within hospital settings.
  • Participate in hospital go-live events to guarantee a seamless transition to the Nihon Kohden systems.
  • Address and resolve clinical inquiries and concerns from hospital staff.
  • Organize travel in accordance with company guidelines and submit expense reports promptly.
  • Maintain clinical proficiency and uphold an active nursing license.
  • Comply with all organizational policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Responsibilities may be adjusted based on organizational needs.

Qualifications

Education / Certification / Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing; a Master's degree in leadership is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid, unrestricted nursing license in the United States.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in critical care settings.
  • Comprehensive critical care experience, including knowledge of hemodynamics and the ability to troubleshoot complex nursing scenarios.
  • Proficiency in EKG rhythm interpretation is mandatory.
  • Experience in developing educational programs is advantageous.
  • Compensation and level of responsibility will vary based on location, experience, education, and skills.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is between $95,000 and $135,000, influenced by various factors such as skills, education, experience, and geographical location.

Work Environment

Schedule: This full-time position typically operates from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, though flexibility may be required based on departmental needs.

Travel: This position requires approximately 80% travel.
