About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Patent Attorney to contribute to our dynamic legal team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert legal guidance on various Intellectual Property matters, including patents, trademarks, and corporate litigation.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret complex agreements related to Intellectual Property rights.
- Manage and develop patent portfolios to safeguard the organization’s intellectual assets.
- Represent the organization in patent litigation and negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential legal risks.
- Stay informed on changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends concerning Intellectual Property and patents, providing timely advice to the organization.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on Intellectual Property topics.
- Work closely with the legal team to formulate and implement Intellectual Property strategies and policies.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law institution.
- Active membership in good standing with a state bar association.
- At least 15 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in trademark and corporate litigation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Intellectual Property laws and regulations.
- Outstanding negotiation, drafting, and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred: Registered Patent Attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
