Job Summary

As a Traffic Control Flagger with Area Wide Protective (AWP), you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our clients, customers, and team members. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team of traffic safety professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain safe work zones using proper equipment and protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the safety of all personnel on site.
  • Manage traffic flow effectively using stop/slow paddles and other traffic control devices.
  • Deliver exceptional service and protection to our clients, including construction companies, utility providers, and event organizers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to advance from an entry-level position to long-term career opportunities.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to stand for 8-12 hours a day and lift 50-60 pounds.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic settings.
  • Experience driving and operating heavy equipment.
  • Must pass pre-employment screenings, including a drug test.
