Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Retail Business Director to lead our store team in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining high merchandising standards. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, recruiting and training staff, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the retail business to achieve revenue targets and drive sales growth through effective merchandising strategies and excellent customer service.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of sales associates and managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain high merchandising standards, ensuring stores are organized, clean, and fun environments that showcase our products.
- Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and open communication.
- 4+ years of experience in retail management or a related field with a proven track record of success.
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience leading teams to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
