Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc. in Abilene, TX. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients, including medication therapy management and disease state management.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct medication use evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Pharmacist program, BS in Pharm or Pharm.D.
  • Eligible for registry or registered as RPh.
  • Current License in the State of Texas or willing to obtain.
  • Acute Care or Hospital experience preferred.
