Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Covenant Medical Center. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized pharmaceutical care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients, including medication therapy management and education.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes and quality of life.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of pharmacy operational services.
  • Contribute to the provision of high-quality, cost-effective care.
Requirements
  • PharmD in Pharmacy or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
  • Texas Pharmacist Registered upon hire.
  • Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience.
  • Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.
