Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Covenant Medical Center. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, individualized pharmaceutical care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement medication therapy plans to optimize patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Conduct medication use evaluations and quality improvement initiatives
  • Provide education and training to healthcare staff on medication-related topics
  • Participate in clinical research studies and projects
Requirements
  • PharmD or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
  • Texas Pharmacist Registered or New Mexico Registered Pharmacist
  • Acute care hospital pharmacy experience preferred
