Client Success Strategist

We're looking for a seasoned Client Success Strategist - Periop Services to drive the success of our clients' perioperative operations. As a Client Success Partner, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of our perioperative platform.
About the Job Description:
- Collaborate with clients to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans to address them.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet clients' needs.
- Manage complex project plans and ensure timely delivery of results.
About What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of professional experience in a client-facing role, preferably in healthcare consulting or workflow-oriented SaaS companies.
- Deep understanding of surgical domain and related hospital operations.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000-$150,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and more.
