We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to enhance our OBGYN Clinic. This role is essential in delivering exceptional service to our community.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will excel in managing appointment scheduling, handling phone inquiries, and securing necessary insurance referrals and authorizations according to insurance protocols. As the first point of contact, you will greet patients and their families, ensuring that patient information is accurately recorded through completion of necessary forms, insurance documentation, and collection of co-pays and outstanding balances. This position serves as a vital communication link among the Provider, Nurse, and Clinic Manager. Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential. A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
