Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional technical assistance to clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and remote support. Conduct thorough troubleshooting of electro-mechanical devices, carefully assessing symptoms to accurately identify issues. Provide timely and precise feedback to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and effective resolution of concerns. Prioritize and manage multiple ongoing issues to guarantee prompt resolution and maintain customer satisfaction. Create Wiring Diagrams based on client-supplied software schedules, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and precision. Engage in Beta testing projects and contribute to product enhancements by offering valuable insights and comprehensive reporting. Utilize laboratory tools to perform diagnostic evaluations and uncover root causes of hardware problems, supporting ongoing improvements. Monitor and recognize escalation cases or issues requiring immediate focus. Collaborate with various teams and departments to gather insights, assess potential solutions, and determine suitable actions for resolving escalations. Maintain detailed and accurate records of escalated cases, including actions taken, client interactions, and resolutions achieved using MS Dynamics.

Qualifications

An Associate or Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in engineering or a related discipline. Hands-on experience in technical support, training, education, sales, or customer service roles is essential. Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills. Excellent organizational abilities, creativity, and attention to detail. Proven track record in teamwork and a customer-centric approach. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.

Preferred Qualifications

Technical knowledge of electro-mechanical and access control products is preferred. Effective communication and presentation skills. Experience in the access control, Wi-Fi, network, and locking hardware sectors is advantageous.
