Lead Computer Services Team at Micro Center Sales Corporation

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Store Manager - Computer Services to lead our computer services team at Micro Center Sales Corporation.

As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction, driving sales growth, and ensuring operational excellence in our service repair shop. You will also be responsible for managing departmental budgets, planning and executing visual merchandising standards, and fostering a positive work environment that promotes employee development and retention.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining orderly operations and safety protocols across all areas of responsibility
  • Achieving customer satisfaction, sales, productivity, payroll, and expense goals
  • Managing fiscal and operational controls, including departmental budgeting
  • Ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and alignment with company policy
  • Providing exceptional customer service and meeting customer satisfaction standards
  • Leading associates to achieve desired results regarding customer satisfaction, sales, and technical solutions
  • Ensuring associates maintain necessary certifications (CompTIA A+ and Apple Certification)
  • Participating in open and close procedures, including freight flow and merchandise processing
  • Serving as manager-in-charge during General Manager or other store manager absences
  • Executing ad set and visual merchandising standards
  • Managing staffing, orientation, and training to ensure competent and certified associates

Requirements include:

  • A college degree is preferred
  • Two or more years of experience in a high-volume retail environment, preferably in computer or technology services
  • Previous experience in retail management, including driving sales, merchandising, operations, and technical customer service
  • Experience in human resources functions, including hiring, retaining, and coaching qualified employees
  • Ability to execute corporate initiatives and analyze competition

Micro Center Sales Corporation offers a competitive salary range of $68,000 - $80,000 per year, plus bonus potential.
