Job Summary

This role is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of loan packages to investors, while also maintaining compliance with operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and track loan pre-purchase suspense conditions to ensure timely resolution.
  • Review and verify loan files to ensure compliance with quality initiatives and turn time expectations.
  • Produce and submit accurate management reporting to stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to resolve file issues and suspense conditions.
  • Obtain and submit supporting documentation to clear suspense conditions and minimize monetary penalties.
  • Maintain knowledge of investor and agency documentation requirements to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Ensure accuracy and clarity of document images in relevant systems.
  • Index and transfer package images to permanent retention sites.
  • Coordinate execution of required assignment documents for loan delivery.
  • Validate and input accurate data into origination systems.
  • Develop and maintain high-level customer service and effective relationships with teammates and partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 3 years of related experience preferred.
  • Experience with secondary market shipping and closing investor requirements preferred.
  • Familiarity with residential mortgage closing documents and servicing experience.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Basic problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using personal computers and office products.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with direction from supervisor.
  • Must be able to work overtime as business needs require.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a close working environment.
