Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Dining Resource Chef to join our team at MMI Hospitality Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide culinary support to our district managers across multiple accounts, promoting the 'guest first' concept to achieve superior service and maximize profits.
  • Assist in the implementation of policies and procedures, inspecting operations and providing management coverage as needed.
  • Support new account openings, menu development, and display cooking for property theme days and other events.
  • Collaborate with our team to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and sanitation in our food and beverage operations.
Requirements
  • At least five years of experience in food service, with strong culinary experience and a good understanding of inventory control, food sanitation, and health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team and external partners.
  • Ability to travel to various accounts and work a flexible schedule, including extended periods out of town when required.
