MMI Dining Systems is seeking a Culinary Resource Specialist to support our operations. This role will involve collaborating with District Managers across various accounts to enhance service quality and profitability.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Culinary Resource Specialist will:
- Promote a guest-centric approach to ensure exceptional service.
- Assist District Managers in upholding high standards in food and beverage operations.
- Support the implementation of policies and procedures.
- Conduct operational inspections and provide management coverage as needed.
- Facilitate new account openings and contribute to menu development.
- Manage display cooking for themed events and property activities.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the food service industry.
- Strong culinary expertise, with prior experience as a culinary chef.
- A solid understanding of inventory management and food safety regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to travel to various accounts.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules as required.
