KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Efficiently gather necessary information from patients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
2. Secure appropriate signatures from registered patients and provide essential information regarding their rights, responsibilities, and available financial assistance.
EXPECTED WORK SCHEDULE:
This position typically requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday, with potential evening and weekend shifts as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
- Preferred experience in a medical office setting.
Skills and Abilities:
- Familiarity with office procedures and practices.
- Proficient in operating office equipment, including phones, fax machines, and computers.
- Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
