OVERVIEW

The Launch Coordinator at Creative Liquid Coatings, INC is tasked with overseeing the launch components of designated programs in partnership with external clients and internal teams. Reporting directly to the Director of PMO & Estimating, this position is dedicated to ensuring the effective execution of program launches while balancing the interests of the facility and the satisfaction of customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the launch elements of program management for designated initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with Program Managers to design and successfully execute programs
  • Lead interdisciplinary launch teams
  • Guarantee preparedness for program rollouts
  • Supervise the delivery and setup of new launch apparatus
  • Coordinate initial program production
  • Ensure the availability of materials for program production
  • Manage internal communications related to programs
  • Remain updated on program progress and engage in process enhancements
  • Assist in the development of work cell configurations
  • Forecast material requirements for launch schedules
  • Implement ongoing improvements to manufacturing processes
  • Ensure adherence to regulations and industry standards
  • Establish standard operational procedures and ensure compliance
  • Coordinate safety initiatives
  • Stay informed on industry trends and support quality improvement efforts

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with quality management systems
  • Ability to engage with personnel at all levels and lead teams effectively
  • Proficiency in technical documentation and effective communication
  • Strong numerical and logical reasoning skills
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
