Key Responsibilities
  • Direct employees to increase productivity and meet deadlines
  • Monitor production numbers, quality, and employee safety
  • Read and interpret job tickets to ensure accurate processing
  • Operate the stock laminator, load flippers, and inspect corrugated sheets for defects
  • Use forklifts and other equipment to move stock and supplies
  • Communicate the laminating schedule with the digital manager and department lead
  • Perform routine maintenance and assist with equipment repairs
  • Train new employees and coach existing staff on proper procedures and equipment use
  • Foster a culture that values innovation, collaboration, and empowerment
Requirements
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of laminating and mounting procedures
  • Understanding of corrugated, card stock, and other materials
  • Proficiency in operating fork trucks and other equipment
  • Strong basic math and computer skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive work environment
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in mounting or automatic feeder operation
  • Previous experience leading teams in a production environment
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to climb stairs
