We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our Stamford, CT branch office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and oversee the operations staff and branch operations functions
  • Approve operational transactions, including KYC checks and wire transfers
  • Create procedures to ensure timely completion of daily tasks
  • Order room management and option approvals
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Provide guidance on policies and procedures
  • Assist with onboarding new Financial Advisors
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams as needed

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of industry experience
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses required; Series 9, 10 (or 8) a plus
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
