We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team at HealthAlliance Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough and ongoing holistic nursing assessments to identify patient needs and concerns.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care that address patient needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote healthy behaviors and outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Basic knowledge of nursing theory and practice.
- Knowledge of appropriate technology and practice standards for the Medical/Surgical department.
