A leading Audio-Visual company, A-V Services Inc., is seeking a skilled Freelance Audio-Visual Technician to provide on-site support for corporate clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a strong understanding of audio-visual technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and troubleshoot various audio-visual equipment and systems, including projection systems, Crestron control systems, and videoconferencing technologies.
- Provide technical support for digital audio consoles, audio-visual system flow diagrams, and support documentation.
- Collaborate with an on-site AV team to ensure seamless event execution.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience in the AV industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AV support, with a strong understanding of AV and IT systems.
- Technical certifications, such as CTS, are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
