Pediatric Critical Care Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a PCICU setting, focusing on pediatric cardiovascular critical care.
- Manage complex cases, including ECMO, CRRT, and ventricular assist devices.
- Work effectively as a team player, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
Requirements:
- Board Certification: CPNP-AC
- License required: CA NP or PA with CA license
- DEA: Yes, CA with schedule 2
- Certifications: PALS, BLS
- Experience: 1 year in PCICU, with a focus on pediatric cardiovascular critical care
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with heart failure and ECMO management.
