Job Description

Your primary responsibility as a Pediatric Care Specialist will be to provide thoughtful and personalized care to your assigned clients. This may include:

  • Providing care based on the client's Plan of Care
  • Monitoring and tracking changes in the client's condition and needs
  • Keeping the Director of Nursing and other relevant personnel informed
  • Communicating with clients' families regarding updates on their plan of care, health changes, and concerns

To ensure the highest level of quality care, we require our Pediatric Care Specialists to meet certain qualifications:

  • Current Unrestricted RN License in the state where care is being provided
  • Certified CPR certification
  • Negative TB Skin Test or Chest X-ray to ensure safety in the workplace
  • Able to Stand, Walk, Squat, Bend, Kneel, Reach, Twist, Push, and Pull to perform job duties safely and effectively
  • Lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
