Salary Package:

The salary package for this position is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate of $60-$80 per hour, subject to confirmation. A tax-free stipend will also be provided, amounting to $5,000 per month.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Nurse Specialist to join our team in San Diego, California. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill children in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). Your primary duties will include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
  • Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • At least 2 years of recent experience as a PICU RN
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of pediatric critical care
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
