About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our growing Finance team at 2350-The Chemours Company FC, LLC. This position will report directly to the External Reporting Manager and be based in Wilmington, DE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare SEC reporting materials such as Form 10Q and 10K, and assist in future offering documents;
  • Prepare and provide financial data and analyses for quarterly earnings release and various investor presentations;
  • Analyze relevant financial data such as balance sheet and income statement accounts to ensure completeness and accuracy of the global financials and consistency of financial disclosures;
  • Compliance with SOX and other internal controls over financial reporting;
  • Assists in company implementation of new accounting and reporting requirements;
  • Perform technical research as necessary;
  • Interact with global controllership and independent public accountants on accounting and reporting matters;
  • Identify and initiate process improvement teams for functional productivity.
Requirements
  • BS Accounting/Finance;
  • Thorough understanding of US GAAP and SEC Reporting;
  • External Audit or External Reporting Experience;
  • Strong oral and written skills;
  • Self-directed and accountable;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks;
  • Works well in teams with an ability to interact at all levels of the organization;
  • 2-4 years experience working at Big 4 or similar public accounting firms, or industry related experience in an accounting and external reporting role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CPA (or in process at time of application);

At 2350-The Chemours Company FC, LLC, we are committed to transparency and fairness in our compensation practices. The pay range for this position is $81,680.00 - $127,680.00 per year, with an annual bonus target of 6%.
