POSITION SUMMARY

Whether it involves fulfilling guest requests, replenishing supplies, cleaning guest rooms and communal areas, or similar duties, the Guest Environment Specialist ensures that the hotel spaces contribute positively to the guest experience.

Regardless of your position, certain factors are essential for success: ensuring a safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communication style. Guest Environment Specialists will be active throughout their shifts (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and will engage in hands-on tasks (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance). Excelling in these responsibilities (along with other reasonable job duties as assigned) is vital for Guest Environment Specialists to consistently meet the expectations of our guests and our business.

The compensation for this role ranges from $26.15 per hour and includes health care benefits, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan, accrued paid time off and/or sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and various wellness benefits. Eligibility, waiting periods, contributions, and other requirements may apply to these benefits.
