Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at KellyOCG. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and provide top-notch service to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Service Excellence
    • Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive actions and follow-through on commitments.
    • Maximize every opportunity to provide value to the customer.
  • Safety and Efficiency
    • Operate in a waste-free environment by effectively using Lean Sigma methodology and tools.
    • Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities within day-to-day operations.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Develop and maintain Standard Work processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High school degree; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience
    • SAP experience desired.
    • Previous experience in an ever-changing, fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Fluency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Knowledge of building materials industry preferred.
    • Supply Chain knowledge.
    • Strong oral and written communication and listening skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
