Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at KellyOCG. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and provide top-notch service to our customers.
Responsibilities- Service Excellence
- Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive actions and follow-through on commitments.
- Maximize every opportunity to provide value to the customer.
- Safety and Efficiency
- Operate in a waste-free environment by effectively using Lean Sigma methodology and tools.
- Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities within day-to-day operations.
- Continuous Improvement
- Develop and maintain Standard Work processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Education
- High school degree; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience
- SAP experience desired.
- Previous experience in an ever-changing, fast-paced customer service environment.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of building materials industry preferred.
- Supply Chain knowledge.
- Strong oral and written communication and listening skills.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
