We are currently seeking an Escrow Officer to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate real estate escrow transactions by assessing requirements.
  • Serve as a neutral intermediary between involved parties, adhering to company policies while managing and mitigating risks.
  • Ensure accurate accounting and disbursement of all funds in accordance with contractual terms and company guidelines.
  • Generate regular reports detailing the status of escrow accounts for all parties involved.
  • Review property titles, mortgages, and trust deed documents.
  • Draft legal documents necessary for the completion of sales.
  • Finalize closings by recording and filing documents, as well as preparing and distributing final closing statements and titles.
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in escrow-related roles.
  • Experience in handling escrow transactions as an escrow assistant is preferred.
  • Willingness to embrace new technologies and proprietary systems; adaptability to new workflows is essential.
  • Commitment to customer service with a professional and positive demeanor.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable engaging with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Proficient problem solver with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of navigating resources to resolve issues.
  • A collaborative team player dedicated to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ability to mentor and support emerging talent in the industry.
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite and a quick learner of new software applications.
  • Valid licensing/certification as mandated by state regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
