Business Transactions Attorney Opportunity
About the Role
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented attorney to join our client's growing business transactions practice. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of business law matters, including contract drafting, entity formation, and research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Draft and review contracts to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Entity Formation: Assist in the formation of new business entities, including corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on legal issues impacting client businesses and provide analysis and recommendations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys and other professionals to formulate solutions for clients.
Requirements:
- Education: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensure: Active Pennsylvania license to practice law.
- Skills: Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Clio (preferred but not required).
- Work Environment: Full-time onsite work with the possibility of a hybrid schedule after onboarding.
