Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients on commercial and residential real estate transactions, estate planning, estate administration, and business services, providing them with strategic advice and solutions.
- Draft precise and comprehensive documents to protect our clients’ interests, ensuring their plans are legally sound and adaptable to future changes.
- Proactively monitor legal risks and offer preventative advice to shield clients from potential issues.
- Stay informed about laws, rulings, and regulations, translating complex legal jargon into actionable guidance for clients.
Characteristics:
- Exceptional character and strong ethical standards.
- Reliable and dedicated work ethic.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
- Technologically adept, embracing new tools and systems.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a readiness to learn and actively market both yourself and the firm.
- Calm, empathetic demeanor, able to provide reassurance and clarity to clients.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
Skills:
Proficiency with Office 365, Lackner, SoftPro, and general office systems/processes.
Requirements:
- J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Demonstrated experience practicing as an attorney in our key practice areas.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage stress and perform under pressure.
Recommended:
- Licensed Pennsylvania Title Insurance Agent.
- Licensed Pennsylvania Notary.
Compensation:
Compensation for this role is flexible and can be structured as a salary, a fee/revenue-sharing model, or a combination of both, depending on the candidate’s experience and existing client pipeline. We are committed to offering a reasonable and competitive package tailored to the applicant’s qualifications and contributions. Specific details will be discussed during the interview process.
