LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic law firm client's growing team in Murrysville, Pennsylvania. This contract-to-hire role is onsite in Murrysville, PA. The firm specializes in business planning, corporate law, and litigation, focusing on construction, real estate, and Orphans' Court matters.

Key Responsibilities:

· Legal Document Management: Creating, organizing, and maintaining files, formatting documents, and preparing exhibits for depositions and hearings.

· Administrative Support: Scheduling appointments, tracking deadlines, reviewing and tracking billable time, and performing general office duties.

· Legal Research: Conducting research on court dockets, land records, and business filings.

· Client Communication: Interacting with clients, opposing counsel, and court offices.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Clio is helpful
• 1+ years of recent experience supporting litigation attorneys in a US law firm and a Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor’s degree, or
• 3+ years of recent experience supporting litigation attorneys in a US law firm
• Demonstrated Proficiency with trial preparation, e-filing, and discovery documents is required
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to take Legal Assessments if selected to move forward

Hourly pay range is $20-$35/hr based on experience

Pay Details: $20.00 to $35.00 per hour
