Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise residential operations, including conducting interviews, facilitating training sessions, and resolving issues.
  • Work closely with the Director of Shelter Operations to provide support and direction to residential staff.
  • Encourage teamwork and cooperation among all residential facilities.
  • Engage actively in the daily operations of the facilities and ensure adherence to best practice guidelines.
  • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Assist clients facing various challenges with understanding and compassion.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Applicants should have a high school diploma and exhibit strong interpersonal abilities. Experience in managing residential facilities or supervisory roles is advantageous. Candidates must also possess the physical capability to fulfill all job responsibilities.
