Agronomy Sales Professional

This role provides support and learning opportunities from Simplot's team of Agronomy Sales Enablement Advisors in one of three business units across the U.S.
Agronomy Sales Enablement interns will aid the Agronomy Sales Enablement team in their efforts to provide agronomic knowledge, problem-solving, and training to our crop advisors and growers.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively across assigned business unit with Agronomy Sales Enablement members to manage, coordinate, and implement commercial demonstrations
- Collect data from MAP program plots and document product performance via data collection from MAP program plots
- Help identify and solve agronomic issues for crop advisors and growers and assist in PEAK Program training
- Coordinate with ASE personnel within the business unit and track progress weekly
- Act as Project leader for a development product to report on at intern termination
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university majoring in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agribusiness, Crop Science, or other related major
- Agriculture background a plus, but not required
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented
- Experienced with computers, specifically Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective communicator
- Valid Driver's License
