Job Summary

As a Car Wash Team Member at GetGo Café + Market, you will play a vital role in exceeding customer expectations by providing safe, efficient, accurate, and pleasant car wash services. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our car wash facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Safety and Sanitation Standards: Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work, ensuring the well-being of your team members, customers, and products.
  • Operate Car Wash Equipment: Direct patrons to the entrance of the wash station, guide automobiles onto the wheel track of the automatic mechanism, and activate the wash mechanism while monitoring its operation to detect any equipment malfunctions.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Hand finish cars as needed, hose down the concrete area of the car wash, and assist in providing value-added services such as vehicle prepping.
  • Perform Preventive Maintenance: Ensure car wash uptime expectations are met by performing routine maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Keep the car wash area safe and clean by sweeping up debris, shoveling snow, and salting as needed, as well as cleaning windows on the car wash building.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot car wash problems and resolve them when possible, taking direction from the service center when necessary.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age.
  • Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds.
