About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis, averaging 20-30 hours per week. This role involves transactional HR management, including coaching clients on employee relations cases, implementing HRIS systems, crafting culture guides, and conducting HR effectiveness assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
  • Analyze and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Design and deliver training programs for leaders and employees.
  • Conduct HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least seven years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in a small to mid-sized company.
  • HRCI or SHRM certification with a broad-based HR generalist background.
  • Prior experience working with diverse industries and companies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
