We are looking for an HR Generalist who is passionate about creating and implementing HR processes and procedures. Our client is a dynamic and growing company with a fun and collaborative culture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions including recruiting, payroll, compliance, onboarding, new hire orientation, and assisting with ISO safety regulations. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with individuals across various states.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR processes and procedures to support company growth and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new employees.

  • Assist with ISO safety regulations and ensure the company’s safety protocols are up to date.

  • Provide support and guidance to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee training programs.

  • Support various HR initiatives and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Comfortable speaking with individuals across various states and managing remote interactions.

  • Willingness to occasionally travel once a quarter for 2-3 days.

  • Knowledge of payroll systems and processes.

  • Familiarity with ISO safety regulations is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.



Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
