As a Solution Architect at Oracle, you will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions to our clients in the healthcare industry. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding clients through the design and implementation of our cloud-based solutions, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive the technical implementation of Oracle's applications globally.
  • Manage all aspects of internal deployment projects, including status updates, issue resolution, and communication with internal teams.
  • Define business specifications with the internal user community for the global deployment of applications.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide escalation support, solution knowledge, and engagement support.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of combined related work experience and higher education.
  • 1 year of HCIT consulting, HCIT support, or client-facing IT solution work experience.
  • 5 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the job duties.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3 years of healthcare IT work experience.
  • 3 years of experience with supporting and/or implementing Cerner solutions or other EHR systems.
  • Clinical or nursing background.
