About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Banquet Server to join our team at the Sheraton Reston. As a Banquet Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of events such as weddings, conferences, and business gatherings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange banquet rooms according to event requirements
  • Welcome guests and assist with seating assignments
  • Provide exceptional food and beverage service
  • Clean tables and maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Deliver outstanding guest service to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk for long periods, and handle trays weighing up to 25 pounds
