Banquet Captain

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Captain to join our team at Sheraton Reston. As a Banquet Captain, you will be responsible for ensuring that all food and beverage service for functions in the banquet department are served according to standards. You will provide oversight and direction to Banquet Servers, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and delicious menu options that exceed guest expectations.

- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a banquet or food service management role.
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
