Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled PC Technician to join our team at Peraton in Coronado, CA. As a PC Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for desktop hardware, software applications, and network connectivity.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop and laptop PCs, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Install and configure application and operating system software and upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot and repair hardware and network connectivity issues.
  • Remove old equipment and perform data migration to new machines.
  • Maintain an inventory of installed software, manage software licensing, and create policies and procedures for upgrades.
  • Work with hardware and software vendors to verify timely product delivery and ensure that new equipment is installed and ready to operate on schedule.
  • Analyze and make recommendations for hardware and software standardization.
Qualifications
  • High School level reading, writing, and analytical skills, plus some advance training; Minimum of 5 years exp.
  • DoD TS clearance or above is required.
  • DoD M IAT I certification is required.
