Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting and Repairing - Identify and resolve technical issues with desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Desktop Support - Provide technical support and maintenance for desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Hardware and Software Installation - Install and configure hardware and software components, including operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
  • Network Connectivity - Troubleshoot and repair network connectivity issues, including wired and wireless networks.
  • Inventory Management - Maintain accurate inventory records of hardware and software assets.
  • Documentation and Reporting - Maintain accurate records of technical issues, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • Education - High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college or technical training preferred.
  • Experience - Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop support, computer hardware, or a related field.
  • Certifications - DoD TS clearance or above required. DoD M IAT I certification preferred.
